The Leadership Development program cultivates the next generation Latine leaders by investing in personal growth, professional advancement, and collective leadership. Through scholarships, trainings, and community based cohorts, the program quip individuals with the tools, networks and resources needed to lead across industries, institutions and movements. Strengthening both economic opportunity and community impact.
